In line with Masarat Center's commitment to the active presence of women in various programs and activities of the center, the programs specifically directed towards women aim to contribute to enhancing their participation at all levels of decision-making, achieving full gender equality, and ensuring their equal participation in national and social dialogues.

Current programs focus on achieving two main objectives:

First: Facilitating dialogue about the components of the consensual feminist discourse regarding a number of issues, most notably how women can exercise their right to active and equal participation in national and societal dialogues, setting the agenda for these dialogues, and enhancing women's participation in decision-making at various levels, within national institutions and political parties, in alignment with Security Council Resolution 1325 and the national plan for its implementation, in addition to the foundations and pillars of partnership and joint work within feminist frameworks, institutions, and organizations.

Secondly: Encouraging and supporting women, especially from the younger generation both in the homeland and the diaspora, to advance creative initiatives with a community-oriented nature and to present models of successful women's experiences.
