Introduction
This system aims to define the mechanisms of planning, monitoring, arbitration, and publication adopted by the Palestinian Center for Policy Research in the fields of research, strategic papers, and position papers, as well as policy papers presented for discussion within the think tank. The system also specifies the scientific standards that researchers should follow in preparing research and papers, in addition to the academically recognized rules of documentation and citation, as well as publication rules.
