This program was adopted at the beginning of 2016 in light of the need to study the Zionist project and the nature of the Israeli state and society, as well as the need to have a national vision for the Palestinian liberation project in the face of the Zionist movement and its colonial project. The program focuses on studying the strategies and policies employed by the Zionist project to impose systems of colonial, settler, and racist control over the Palestinian people, their land, and resources, and on proposing opposing Palestinian strategic policies.

The center formed a research supervision team for the program, including Asaad Ghanem, Jamil Hilal, Alaa Al-Ezza, Awad Mansour, and Lina Miari; to monitor the program, evaluate its output, provide consultations on the themes and the names of researchers, determine the priorities of the research themes within the program, and nominate research titles.

The center has so far issued five research papers within the program, four of which were prepared by young researchers, while work is currently underway to complete ten other research papers.
